January 2013 Foodie Penpals
Hello everyone!
So…. for the month of January I participated in Foodie Penpals! If you aren’t sure what that is exactly you can head on over to Lindsay’s blog and read about it!
To me… Foodie Penpals is a fun and exciting way to share the love of food with others around the country! We get to ship and receive a box full of goodies and it isn’t even Christmas!
This month I received a gift from Maureen! Unfortunately she doesn’t have a website. Therefore I cannot link you to any of her sites. But what I will do is show you some amazing pictures of my gift. <3

My favorite goodie I received from Maureen would be the almonds! This is a new to me almond flavor! I love trying new nut products!

Hello I am Lauren! I’m a goofy, lovable, and caring women. I am a health nut but will try absolutely any type of food once! I am a dreamer, believer and very optimistic about the future! I just finished up my undergrad at Southern New Hampshire University. I got my bachelors degree in Business Administration.
I try and see the good in everyone. I enjoy coming up with new ideas but also look at others for new knowledge and inspiration. I am creator with a vivid imagination. I love to blog, write, laugh, read and create recipes, work out, and of course eat. Family is one of the most important things in my life and I would do anything for each and everyone one of them. Life is full of lessons so make sure you remember to take notes. I encourage you to come with me on my journey to find the balance in life while enjoying every second! Also, don’t be alarmed if you find me digging into a teddie peanut butter jar, it’s only natural of me to do.
I believe that living a healthy lifestyle is important for the heart and the well being of all. Living a life while balancing all that is important is difficult to do while staying true to yourself. I want this blog to serve as a way to help myself while helping others. We are all trying to find a place in this world aren’t we?
Currently I am working at a gym and becoming a certified health coach.
