Healthy Post- Workout Snacks

Hi everyone!

I wanted to sit down with you guys today and talk about Healthy Snacks. 

Sometimes after Women recover from a tragic past of eating disorders or too much exercise and not enough fuel, they tend to go the other direction and start fueling incorrectly. 

Working out and healthy snacks go hand in hand. A healthy option for you is to fuel correctly after you workout. 

Today, I want to share with you my top 5 favorite post workout snacks. 

If the 5 snacks I share with you don’t sound appealing, you can visit Nuts.com. They have a Healthy Snacks page and I found all of their snack ideas to be delicious! 🙂 

Here are my top 5 favorite post workout snacks! 

1. Banana + Peanut Butter

2. Vega One Nutritional Shake (mix with water, or almond milk)

3. Whole Wheat Toast with Peanut Butter

4. Whole Grain Cereal + Unsweetened Almond Milk

5. Oatmeal + Peanut Butter
i love oatmeal

As you can see, you can pick up some delicious peanut butter and oatmeal from Nuts.com. Or you can just pick up some of these ingredients the next time you are the grocery store! These snacks are super easy to make and it is super important to refuel after a workout.
