Weird.. this weekend I felt different. I felt calm. I felt good about myself. In order to do this, learn to be alone. Learn that it is ok to make mistakes. Trust yourself. 

Treat your body well, nourish it. Relax, and move slow. 

Close up the kitchen at night.

Feed yourself well during the day.

Make your OWN decisions.

Talk to yourself..

Don’t be afraid to want to go far.. explore the world. Do what you can with RIGHT now.

Think positive, and positive will come. ❤
