I know this is an experiment. Not going over board with calories and getting all the nutrients I need.
I still feel like I am missing something.
I HATE school and need something different. Maybe I WILL DO YOGA for 10 days. Why not right? I need to keep up with avoiding that stupid machine to “get rid of calories” and I could really use a cleanse.
Yoga for 10 days and a 30 day cleanse?
Why not?! I need to just do it.
